This whole blogging expereince has been very new to me in a way. I have never blogged but I have found that it is very similar to posting on facebook or emailing. One thng I have learned from this project is to just tackle whatever assignment is in front of me. I was a little overwhelmed with this site at first and having trouble with it. My posts were not visible to others and I heard others say they recieved viruses from the site!! All of that made me a little apprehensive about logging on. But I did it and as I typed what I was thinking onto the screen my ideas formed and organized and helped me get everything out.
I also learned more about locating my sources and siting sources. I don't usually venture into the library because I do most of my studying in my room. So looking up and checking out books was very helpful. Not only for this assignment but potentially for assignments in the future. I also found great resources online and even used my Bible as one of my sources to help support my opinion.
I have really enjoyed trying to answer my inquiry question and finding so many interesting points on it. I look forward to writing the three sided essay because I feel prepared. I have great information and could potentially argue every side to my topic even though I agree with one side more than the other. This assignment has opened me up to so much and I know I will have the tools in the future to work on similar or tougher projects.
